This two day course aims to equip participants to introduce an outcomes focus within their own organisation. You will learn:
How to asses your effectiveness
What works, to improve your services
How to improve morale for staff and users by showing that change is happening
How to demonstrate to funders that you are making a difference

Social Enterprise East of England Coffee mornings are getting quite a head of steam. Using the text chat function of the free Skype programme our members can meet up online every Friday at 11am to discuss relevant issues in real time and make useful connections too. |
